This is an appeal under Sections 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar P.S.Case No. 372 of 2017.

The appellant has already been left by the police on execution of personal bond in view of the provisions of Section 41 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Hence, there is no reason that in the event of appearance of the appellant before the court, he would be sent to jail especially considering the nature of allegation.

Hence, the appellant is permitted to surrender and pray for regular bail.
