JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter No.3843 dated 18.06.2015, issued under the signature of Revenue Officer Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, by which the petitioner has been directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 4,08,647.70/-(Rs. Four lakh eight thousand six hundred forty seven and seventy paise) as up to date dues, as on 30.06.2015, against allotment No. 2210/Aa, dated 22.06.92 of House No. 4E.H/9.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ, commanding the respondents (Housing Board) to consider and dispose off the representation/objection dated 24.06.2023 filed on

Patna High Court CWJC No.16426 of 2023(3) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 behalf of petitioner against the demand notice. (iii) For issuance of appropriate writ commanding the respondent authorities (housing board) to execute the registered deed in favour of the petitioner forthwith after taking due amount if any by calculating the same till the year 2009 only."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Pricing Committee of the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, before the Pricing Committee of the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
