2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction or a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents not to issue Basgit Parcha in the name of Respondent No.4 (Private Respondent) vide Basgit Record No.07/2023-24 with regard to land bearing Khata No.114(old)/334(New), Plot No.965(Old)/1639

Patna High Court CWJC No.17571 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/3 (New), Area 5 Katha 2.5 Dhur situated at Mauza Mohiuddinpur Jakauli, P.S.- Baheda, Anchal - Benipur, Dist.- Darbhanga, which is the purchased land of petitioner's father through registered Sale Deed dated 06.12.2007 from Ranveer Yadav and Jagrnath Yadav sons of Ramdeo Yadav and have been coming in peaceful physical possession since the date of purchase after the constructing Makan is used as Makanmai Sahan after amalgamating with other lands. In Revisional Survey vide New Plot No.1639 this land is mentioned as Anabaad Bihar Sarkar.

For any other relief(s) for which the petitioners are entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching respondent no.2, the Collector, Darbhanga for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the authority shall take into account that the petitioner moved
