The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.05.2019 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that from the possession of the petitioner, 4 stolen mobile phones, ATM cards, Aadhar cards, driving licence and cash amount of Rs.400/- were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already been concluded and petitioner is accused in one another case apart from the present case. Learned APP submits that the recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.
