The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.55 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report against the petitioners and others that they assaulted the informant and his family members causing grievous injuries, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
