Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping minor girl of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that it is a case of love affairs and the girl eloped with the petitioner and further submission is that if some protection is given to him he shall produce the victim girl in Court.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13401 of 2018 (4) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, the petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order along with the victim girl and if the victim girl deposed in court the same shall be considered by the court below while considering the bail application of the petitioner and disposed of on merit and on the basis of her statement.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
