Considering the reasons as stated in the application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioner, let the time to surrender of the above named petitioner pending in the Court of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 669-C of 2016 be further extended by four weeks' from today. Accordingly, the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15404 of 2017 stands modified to the extent above. The modification application is disposed of.
