JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 16-12-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that there is no infirmity in the impugned order dated 07.08.2025, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna, in OA/050/00543/2025, inasmuch as the respondents were admittedly not party to Succession Case No.56/2022, hence the order dated 25.11.2023, passed by the learned Sub-Judge-XIII, Patna therein would not bind the respondents. Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.19934 of 2025(2) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 submits that though the petitioner is not pressing the present petition, but the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law for pursuing her claim for grant of interest over delayed payment of outstanding dues of the deceased, brother of the petitioner.
2. It is needless to state that in case the law so permits, nobody can be prevented from seeking legal recourse.
3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
