Petitioner was apprehended along with motorcycle, which is said to be stolen. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 06.09.2017.

Accordingly, petitioner, Rajesh Basfore @ Rajesh Bansfore is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey P. S. Case No.269 of 2017.
