2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, lodged on 27.07.2022 by the informant Preeti Kumari.

3. It has been pointed out by the learned APP that on 11.04.2025 and 16.05.2025, upon call there was no appearance.
