JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 13154 of 2017 with direction to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months in the court below itself if no substantive progress is made in the trial. It appears that petitioner has not moved before the court below in compliance of the aforesaid order. Therefore, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner the he first move to the court below and file petition for regular bail which shall be disposed off by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
