JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 298 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is that she was instrumental in fleeing away the daughter of the informant, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in love affairs the daughter of the informant and Rakesh Paswan fled away and this petitioner has absolutely no concern with the love affairs or fleeing away of the daughter of the informant with Rakesh Paswan.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19004 of 2018(11) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3rd West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S.
