The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2019 in connection with Excise Case No. 526/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(d) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amended) Act, 2018 and under Section 2(e), 3, 5(b) and 13 of the Bihar State Mahua Flower Rules. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries of Mahua flower from the Auto does not come under the purview of the Excise Act. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
