2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 15.04.2023 by the informant, Vijay Kumar Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that they have gone to their plot to pick up wheat crop when the accused came, surrounded and assaulted him. In the process, iron rod blow was given to the victim's side causing injuries. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. The injury report is on record which shows that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79415 of 2023(4) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 there is a fracture of 'Ulna' (bones in forearm) and the same comes in the category of grievous injury and in that background, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the petitioner is advised to seek bail

5. The present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
