2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 23.09.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27530 of 2024 by this Court to the extent of correction in the father's name of this petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of father's name of petitioner, as "Harihar Rai" it was wrongly mentioned in the cause title of bail petition, as "Ram Ishwar Rai". Due to that, same error has occurred in the cause title of the aforesaid order and as such, he requests for making necessary correction.

4. In view of aforesaid facts, let father's name of petitioner be read as "Harihar Rai" in place of "Ram Ishwar Rai" in the cause title of order 23.09.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27530 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

6. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27530 of 2024 is modified to the above extent only.

7. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
