2. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, petitioner is granted six weeks' further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds as directed vide aforesaid order, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.
