Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that co-accused Sahadat Sah and coaccused Dhalendra Yadav @ Dhirendra Yadav having similar allegation, have already been allowed bail by two different Coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.43605 of 2017 on 16.10.2017 and Cr.Misc.No. 54969 of 2017 on 17.11.2017 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61444 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Durgawati Police Station Case No.104 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
