ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2018 in connection with Sessions Trial No.91 of 2019 arising out of Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.170 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statement made by the victim lady under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which supports her prosecution case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
