Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
As per prosecution case, 15 litres country made liquor has been recovered from an open public place. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4984 of 2023(3) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Exclusive Special Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.
