2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner no. 1 is cousin father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is nephew of the deceased. The allegation is vague and ambiguous in nature. As a matter of fact, the deceased died natural death. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who has already been acquitted on 28.07.2025 by the Trial Court, vide Sessions Trial No. 853 of 2024. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74520 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioners are in custody since 27.05.2025 and 14.06.2025 respectively.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran / concerned Court in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
