The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 469 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be the original owner of the seized vehicle, which is evident from the Annexure-2, therefore, no case under Section 414 of the Cr.P.C. is made out against the petitioner.
