2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 and 352/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons including these

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76329 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/3 petitioners being armed with bricks, bamboo and lathi arrived and assaulted informant and others, as a result of which, they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is also a counter version of the case. Petitioners and informant are next door neighbours and due to dispute over the passage, a free fight took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. The injuries of all the injured are simple in nature except one injury of Videshi Sao which is on the left wrist is of grievous nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, subject to the
