The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 165/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the bag and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
