2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioners no.3 and 4 are women and the informant alleges that 13.07.2025, she was going to purchase grocery when she was intercepted by the accused persons and they forcibly pulled her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72811 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/3 inside their house and Suruchi and Punam assaulted her by bamboo causing injury on head and thereafter she was brought to the PHC.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against petitioners no.1 and 2 though petitioners no.3 and 4 are alleged to have assaulted her by bamboo causing injury on head. It is next submitted that the injury suffered by the informant is simple in nature as the same is skin deep as recorded in the order impugned. It is further submitted that the petitioners and informant are related and a partition suit is also going on in between the parties.

5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
