The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle, television and fridge by her husband and in-laws. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are cousin brother-in-law and cousin father-in-law of the deceased daughter of the informant and they are separate to Shubhlal Rai, son of Sipahi Rai, since before 15 years, but, with ulterior motive they have been implicated in this case. No.67279 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Mani Tiwari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
