2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 and 352/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons including this petitioner being armed with bricks, bamboo and lathi arrived and assaulted informant and others, as a result of which, they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is also a counter version of the case. Both parties are next door

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76746 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 neighbours and due to dispute over the passage, a free fight took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. The injuries of all the injured are simple in nature except one injury of Videshi Sao which is on the left wrist is of grievous nature. Petitioner is a lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. 2023. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) utkarsh/- U T
