====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79082 of 2018 by co-ordinate Bench of this court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph No. 4 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3713 of 2024(2) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 24.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79082 of 2018 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
