The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 636 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 457, 458, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they have got executed the sale deeds in their favour but did not deposit money in the account of the complainant/informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

No.28471 of 2018(5) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 they have paid the amount to Amit Sahni who was the nephew of the informant as the informant has instructed them to pay the amount to Amit Sahani. It has been further submitted that Amit Sahni, the nephew of the informant was looking after the landed property of the informant as he is residing in Kolkata. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the Informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 636 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
