2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased died in a celebratory firing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73435 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai/concerned Court below in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023.
