The prayer of the petitioner is very simple, to dispose of the case no. 56 of 2021 pending before the Election Commission.

It has been informed by Mr. Sanjeev Nikesh that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17975 of 2022(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 next date of hearing is 17.08.2023 and the Election Commission is pursuing the matter and will be taking the same to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

In view of the undertaking given by learned Counsel for the Election Commission, the writ petition stands disposed of.
