JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 120B of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the daughter-in-law of the informant and later one she was recovered and in her statement she stated that petitioner kidnapped her and committed rape in captivity. Submission is that daughter-in-law of the informant was recovered from the house of Amrit Das.

Having considered the statement of the victim lady alleging repeatedly rape being committed by the petitioner in captivity, so prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U
