Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shakurabad PS Case No.147 of 2017, registered under Sections 342/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the family member of the in-laws of the deceased and not even distantly related. The father-in-law of the deceased used to till the land of the petitioner, so on receiving information the petitioner only went there and on account of that he has been falsely implicated. There is no evidence that the petitioner had locked the informant inside the room and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.25557 of 2018(4) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Tuntun Sharma is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad PS Case No.147 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
