JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners assaulted informant and other family members, as a result of which, brother of informant died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to be order-giver and thereafter, it is alleged that petitioner nos. 1 & 2 caught hold
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71786 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 of nephew of the informant. Petitioners are not assailant of the deceased. Petitioners are ladies, having clean antecedent, and are in custody since 01.07.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that petitioners are ladies and are in custody since 01.07.2025, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2025.
