Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 29.11.2022 in which liberty was granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail one year after date of cognizance. Report has been called for. From the report, it transpires that the evidence of prosecution witnesses have already been examined. The statement of accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. has also been recorded and presently, record is fixed for defence evidence. The trial is expected to be concluded within 2 months. In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73485 of 2022(3) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
