JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2018 This case has come up under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No. 1 namely, Ranjeet Das, has been arrested but, inadvertently, in the order dated 25.04.2018, it has wrongly been mentioned that petitioner No. 2 namely, Ram Pravesh Das has been arrested, resulting which, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn and petitioner No. 1 has been granted anticipatory bail.

Since petitioner No. 1 (Ranjeet Das) has been arrested during pendency of the application, let the order dated 25.04.2018 granting bail to petitioner No. 1, be read with respect

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17195 of 2018 (4) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 to petitioner No. 2 namely, Ram Pravesh Das in place of petitioner No. 1 namely, Ranjeet Das.

This application will be treated to be dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioner No. 1 (Ranjeet Das) The order is accordingly modified to the extent indicated above.

Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 303 of 2017.
