The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.395 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case due to personal grudge. The F.I.R. has been lodged after seven days of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail stating that the petitioner is specifically alleged to have assaulted with belan causing injury on the right side of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73897 of 2022(4) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 informant's eye to which the injury report also corroborates. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
