JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State. This second application for anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 is totally misconceived. The petitioner is unable to demonstrate any change of circumstances. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the second attempt by this petitioner to obtain anticipatory bail is not based on any good ground and the grounds being shown at present were very much available on the earlier occasion but this Court was not impressed upon to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of this case.

The application is dismissed.
