2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 644 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 06.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41640 of 2023.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 01.02.2023 and he has claims to have clean antecedent.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the informant that out of five, four witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the the fact that the trial in a double murder case is proceeding, this application is dismissed in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of X Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. reported in 2024 SCC Online SC 3539.
