In the present case, the petitioner is challenging that he should be allowed to continue in the service of N.D.R.F. The petitioner is basically a member of B.S.F. and he was deputed in the N.D.R.F. vide letter dated 16.09.2014 (Annexure-1) and, at that time, the petitioner was holding the post of Constable Clerk. While he was discharging the duty of N.D.R.F., he was promoted to the post of Inspector has been repatriated to the B.S.F. and attached at Firozpur to his own battalion. After promotion, he joined there and made a prayer that

The petitioner has filed representation before the Director General of Boarder Security Force. Let the Director General of Border Security Force should take a decision and pass an order in accordance with law.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
