JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that police on information of preparation of dacoity raided the place of occurrence and arrested several accused persons including petitioner and there was recovery of arms and ammunition from other accused person and from petitioner, there is recovery of one motorcycle and one mobile from him. It further appears that he is accused in five other cases of similar nature.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except recovery of one motorcycle and a mobile, nothing has

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM -II, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 subject to the condition that petitioner has to appear before the Officer-inCharge of the police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of six months so that the police may watch his conduct during that period, otherwise, the bail bonds of the petitioner will be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Saran for needful.
