Limited direction was issued to the petitioner to submit representation within a period of four weeks from 24.06.2022. On receipt of petitioner's representation to respondents, they have to pass orders within a period of four

The concerned respondent has not filed any application for extension of time or review of order dated 24.06.2022 on the other hand he slept over the matter even after contempt petition was filed in the year 2022.

2. Having regard to later development that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed on 16.08.2024, proceeding of the present MJC/Contempt Petition stands dropped. However, petitioner shall be paid litigation cost for the reasons that respondents have committed contempt from the month of November, 2022 till 16.08.2024. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pay litigation cost and it is quantified @ Rs. 5,000/-. Cost shall be paid within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. (P. B.
