Though the case diary has been received in the case but the postmortem report has not been received. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be heard without postmortem report. 4.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mahua P.S. Case No.483 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others have tortured and killed the deceased for demand for dowry.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he is in custody since 23.07.2023. The deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76167 of 2023(4) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 died after 15 years of marriage and she was having two children aged about 13 years and 7 years. The husband of the deceased is in custody since 11.09.2023.

Considering the general allegation against the petitioner and his relationship with the deceased, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 483 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
