2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 386, 504, 506, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner has demanded Rs.10,00,000/- as Rangdari from the informant. It is also alleged that the informant suspects that petitioner along with others made firing at him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nobody has received injury in the alleged firing and no amount has been transferred or given to the petitioner at the alleged demand of Rangdari. It is further submitted that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71877 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 petitioner has been framed in this case only on the basis of his criminal antecedents. The petitioner is having antecedents of 12 cases.
5. The learned APP has vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No.121 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be present in the Trial Court whenever required. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) Sanjay/- U T
