JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 173 of 2007 lodged for the offences under Sections 323, 379 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of committing assault to the informant and also snatching away of wrist watch worth Rs.500/-.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact petitioners have given Rs.8500/- to the informant for making Almirah and box and neither he has returned the amount nor delivered the goods, as such they have falsely been implicated in this case.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Complaint Case No. 173 of 2007, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
