Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 472 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Arun Mahto and Munna Mahto have been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53534 of 2017 Annexure-2) and co-accused persons namely, Sunny Baskhor @ Sunny Banskhor and Karan Baskhor have been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29672 of 2018(3) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 Court vide order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19138 of 2018 (Annexure-3). Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 472 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
