2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 457, 307, 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, in the night of 04.01.2020, someone knocked at the door of informant and when father of informant opened the door, two persons entered the room and started assaulting informant's father with butt of gun and when informant's mother went to save him, she was also assaulted, as a result of which, father of informant died, whereas informant's mother sustained severe injuries. On being inquired, informant's mother disclosed the name of two persons, as Dilip Paswan and Manoj Paswan, who caused the incident.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar. Save & except confessional statement, there is no other material to show complicity of petitioner in the aforesaid case. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge - X, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Sessions Trial No. 780 of 2024, arising out of Manpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020.
