JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time for furnishing bail bonds on behalf of the petitioners.
The petitioners were granted the privilege of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18185 of 2018 (3) dt.02-05-2018 3/3 anticipatory bail by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in A.B.P. No. 9898 of 2015 vide order dated 28.07.2015, passed in connection with Sahodra P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015, but the same could not be utilized by the petitioners.
The present petition is, thus, disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners above named prefer a fresh application for anticipatory bail, the Court below shall consider the same on its own merit and without being prejudiced of the fact that the present petition has not been entertained and shall pass an order taking into account that earlier also, on similar allegation, the Court below had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. With the aforesaid observation, the present petition is disposed of.
