JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 09.07.2019, seeks bail in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018, dated 07.10.2018, instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The implication of the petitioner in the present case is on the basis of confession of a co-accused person in another case.

Though the petitioner has been made accused in several cases, but considering the period of his custody in the present case referred to above, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him.

The petitioner above-named is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65002 of 2019(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni, Begusarai in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018.

The application stands allowed.
