The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is living separately and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Deceased died during treatment and was disposed of in presence of informant and family members. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9728 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 192 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
