2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 420 and 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that informant is a truck driver and when he was going to Riva (MP), he was intercepted by six persons and three of them have looted cash, mobile and 519 tin palm oil.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has transpired during course of investigation on the ground that one DCM truck was recovered in front of the house of the petitioner in which, 20 tin palm oil containing 15 liters each were recovered.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022.
